He was predeceased by: his wife Francine Florence Letson Bukowski; his parents, Margaret Bailey Bukowski and Bronislaw Bukowski; his sister-in-law Cecilia Bukowski; and his brother William Bukowski.

He is survived by: his daughters, Roberta Frances Kozel (Daniel Kozel) and Heather Brett O'Hara (Michael O'Hara); and his granddaughter Samantha Kozel. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
