He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Ann Evans, Cindy Rizzo and Bonnie Miller; his grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, Nikki, Ronnie, Cody, Mitchell, Tyler, Harley, Darci, Shawnna and C. J.; and his great grandchild Fallen Angel Arianah Bracken.
