He is survived by: his wife Joanne Gemma Fulton; his daughters, Lynn Phillips (Geoffrey), Janet Reck (Richard) and Carol Eskew (Philip); and his grandchildren, Joshua Phillips, Nathan Phillips (Ashley), Daniel Reck, Christopher Reck (Jenelle), Megan Eskew, Katie Eskew and Sarah Eskew.
