He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Ranker (Gloss) and Joseph Ranker; his wife Barbara K. Ranker (Kicielinski); and his niece Jessica Suhr. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Kanai (Brian) and Marcia Ranker; his granddaughter April Kanai; his siblings, Nancy Zunic (Douglas) and John Suhr; his niece Caitlin Zunic; and his nephew Robert Suhr.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schellhaas Funeral Home & Cremation (388 Center Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15229). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish (1000 Avila Ct, Pittsburgh, PA 15237).
