He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frederick Kirschner and Margaret Allison Kirschner; and his sister Norma Jean Werner (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Didra Paulus Kirschner; and his children, Scott Wurster (Teresa), Todd Kirschner, Julie Leckenby (Kim), Lisa Peartree (Brian), Sean Kirschner (Amy), Rev. Deacon Robert Kirschner (Claudine), Harry Kirschner (Carrie), Jessika Kirschner and Cesar Kirschner. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and many other wonderful family members.
