He was predeceased by: his sibling Shirley Lampel Favish. He is survived by: his wife Leah Lampel; his children, Carole Mantel (Jesse) and Howard Lampel (late Carla); his grandchildren, Hilary, Sarah, Melanie, Jenna Mantel, Adam and Robyn Lampel; and his sister-in-law Bea Liebstein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
