He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Caroline Johnson (Justin), Joanna Mack and Jesse Mack (Briann); his parents, Bob Mack (Sue) and Dorothy Mack; his uncle Tim Binns; and his sister Lynne Mack. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
