He is survived by: his siblings, Nina DeFazio (Ray) of Greensburg, PA and Vince of Dormont, PA; his sister-in-law Rita Bruno of Munhall, PA; his nieces and nephews, Amy Bruno of Honolulu, Anita Bruno (Andy Marshall) of Whitaker, PA, Laura Wabrick (Dirk) of Port Orange, FL, Laura DeFazio of Pittsburgh, PA, Mike DeFazio (Amy) of Uniontown, PA and Joe DeFazio of Pittsburgh, PA; his cousin Charles DeMonaco of Mount Lebanon, PA; his sister-in-law Julia "Cookie" Bruno of Port Orange, FL; his friends, Rich Bernard, Jay Steele, John Johnian, Bob Seifried, Dave Adelmam, Henrietta Pisztora, Francine Byrnes, Eleanor Chengery, Caitlyn Zunic and Sylvia Francis; and his caregiver Randi Chinn. He is also survived by numerous cousins and grand-nieces and nephews.
