(Hickey); his children, Cheri Kramer (Joe) and Shelly Schenk (Ken); his grandchildren, Katelyn (Chris), Brittany (Chelsea), Amanda (Travis), Mackenzie Kramer, Steven, Kimberly (Christian), Shannon, Nicholas Milius, Ally, Nathan, Matthew Schenk, Beckett, Vaeda, Callum, Steele, Hendrix, Collins, Declan and Scarlett; and his brother Richard Collins (Kathy).
