He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. Wine and Genevieve Perkins Wine (Norman); and his siblings, Paul Ray Dent, Terry Wine and Tamara Wine.
He is survived by: his wife Joni Bates Dent; his children, Lynnette Dent, Terri Osburn, Chaz Dent (Jerry) and Cody Dent (Carla); his grandchildren, Isabelle Osburn and Parker Lee Dent; and his stepmother Mabel Wine. He is also survived by eight brothers, four sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.
