Rosa Fusca Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2025, at the age of 96, Rosa Fusca (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Rosa may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

She is survived by: her husband Nicola; her children, Lisa Fusca Barron, Frank Fusca, Josephine Fusca and Nicholas Fusca (Nicole); and her grandchildren, Brendon Barron, Nicholas Barron (Carrie), Sarah Unruh (Michael), Nicole Fusca, Antonio Fusca and Luca Fusca. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and countless others who called her Mama, sister, aunt, and friend.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perman Funeral Home (923 Saxonburg Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15223). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (2510 Middle Rd, Glenshaw, PA 15116). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at the Lakewood Memorial Garden (943 PA-910, Cheswick, PA 15024).
