She was predeceased by: her husband Joel L. Escovitz; and her brother Dr. Joseph Fried. She is survived by: her children, Estelle Cherin (Steven) and Martin Escovitz (Freda); her grandsons, Joel Solomon (Karen), Steven Solomon (Chiquisha Robinson Solomon) and Jeremy Escovitz; and her great grandchildren, Phoebe, Chase and McKenzie Solomon.
