She was predeceased by: her husband James B. Neill, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda D. McCartney (George), Colleen D. Frazier (Wayne) and James B. Neill III (Lisa); her grandchildren, Shaun McCartney (Stephanie), Eric McCartney (Andrea), Christine Frazier, James B. Neill IV and Sarah Neill; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra McCartney, Colin McCartney, Payton Frazier, Lucas McCartney and Cheyene Frazier.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Castle Shannon VFD Fire Hall (3600 Library Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15234).
