He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Patrick Gallagher. He is survived by: his mother Nanci Gallagher-Spellman; his stepfather Michael Spellman; his aunts, Robyn Smith and Joyce O'Keefe; and his cousins, Kathleen "Katey" Smith and Cameron Doyle.
