He is survived by: his son Samuel Cicero Scarpaci Jr.; his sisters, Josette Marie and Darlene; his siblings-in-law, Brad Violetta of Chagrin Falls, OH and Gilda Machin Scarpaci of Blacksburg, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Cristina Alessandra Scarpaci, Christopher Collier of Washington, DC, Michael J. and Kaitlin Scarpaci of Silver Spring, MD.
