She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard O'Neil and Lois O'Neil (Dunn). She is survived by: her siblings, Richard O'Neil and Kathe Renk (late Charles).
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William Slater II Funeral Service (1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
