It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Lyden of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hohman and Judith Hohman; and her husband Robert Lyden. She is survived by: her children, Chris Shaw (Halley McCann) and Nicole Sherry (Scott); her sisters, Maggie Boby (Mike) and Debbie Davenport (Wayne); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Madeline Sherry, Keegan, Killian, Emersen, Max and Octavia McCann-Shaw; and her siblings' children, Madeline Pratt, Melissa Boby and Jonathan Luvenson.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Edward P. Kania Funeral Home (500 Greenfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15207). A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
