He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elaine Gent (Chardello) and Jerry Gent; his children, Shawn "Bub" Gent (Dominica), Mike Gent (Natalie) and Tayler Gent; and his siblings, Sheri Mancu (John), Cindy, Tim and Lisa. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
