He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Barish and Ottilie Barish; and his siblings, Ruth Leach and William Barish. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jean Barish; his children, Nancy Moeller (Thomas Moeller), Richard Barish and Steven Barish; his grandson Michael Moeller (Indra Moeller); his great grandchildren, Ashton and Anthony; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald and Barbara Chotiner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
