He was predeceased by: his parents, Saul Perilman and Florence Perilman; his sibling Jerrilyn Perilman; and his sibling-in-law Tala. He is survived by: his wife Wendy (Lupovitz); his children, Mark L. Perilman (Carina) and Staci Perilman Schreiber (Rick); his grandchildren, Eliana Carly, Maya Anabella, Tatiana Sofia Perilman, Jenna Rayne and Keira Rose Schreiber; his brother Stanley Perilman; and his siblings-in-law, Toby Perilman, Sandra Bohm, Alan Lupovitz (Karen) and Sonny Kravitz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
