She is survived by: her husband Raymond G. "Jerry" Carter; and her children, Lisa Golembiewski (Michael), Raymond "Jerry" Carter (Lucy), James Carter (Sharon) and Jaclyn Bent (Robert). She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
