Donahue (Kubiak); his children, Thomas James Donahue, Shelby Rae Donahue and Taylor Marie Donahue; his sisters, Patricia Donahue and Donna Knerr (John); and his siblings' children, JD, Stacy, Jason, Zack, Katie and Nick.
