He is survived by: his wife Susan Falk (Criss); his children, Jonathan Falk (Karyn), Rachel Lapp (Ben) and Emily Falk (John Haney); his grandchildren, Dominick, Damien, Derrick, Avelyn, Amelia and Alice; and his siblings, Craig Falk (Patty), Julie Hall and Lois Terry.
