He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bly and Pauline Ferderbar Bly; and his parents-in-law, Arnold and Anita Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sheri Miller Bly; his children, Michael Bly, Kristin Belenardo (Anthony) and Amy DeMarco (Matt); and his brother Bob Bly (Janice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (923 Saxonburg Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15223).
