He is survived by: his significant other Patricia DeMarco; his children, Thomas Daniel Jensen, IV and Charlene Cunzolo (Jensen); his siblings, James Jensen, Barbara Caulfield, Fritz O'Neil and Daniel O'Neil; his half-sister Stacey Jensen; and his grandchildren, Kristin Cunzolo, Peyton Kazmarski and Teagen Jensen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
