He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick T. Parke and Lillian T. Parke; and his niece Janice Lynn Uhler. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Uhler Parke; his nieces and nephews, Kenneth Edward Uhler of Glen Burnie, Robert Uhler (Nicole), Susan Uhler Dickey (Thomas), Joan Marie Uhler of Aameda and Judy McGimsey (Randy) of Shreveport, LA.; and his cousins, John Booth (Connie) of Bethel Park, Sally Evans, Suzie Wilson (Lee) of Florida, James Thompson and Beth of Georgia. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, wonderful friends and neighbors.
