He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Festus and Genevieve Laura Roach. He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbi" Warren; his sisters, Rosanne McQuade (Tommy) and Maureen Langford (Reno Bernardi); his nieces and nephews, Chaily (Adrian), Amber (Matt), Malissa (Mark), Michael, Chance and Tom (Jessie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tino, Justin, Zach, Dylan, Tommy, Mackenzie, Genevieve, Remy, Cassie and Chloe; and his friend Brandy Sirera.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Tom's honor to the American Cancer Society of Pittsburgh.
