He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Dickson and Thurl D. Barth (Amy); and his siblings, Sonny, Wayne, Gary, Dave and Dian.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Barth; his children, Tami Ritenour (Scott), Michael Barth (Tiffany) and Jamie Barth; his grandchildren, Madeline, Delaney, Bella, Kylie, Abigail, Alayna, Mia and Owen; and his brothers, Dana, Ken, Keith, Donald and Russ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
