He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Galloway and Annie Mae Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Gail Galloway; his daughter Domonique Steer (Jared) of Edinboro Scotland; and his siblings, Shirley Ann Galloway of Tennessee and Douglas Galloway of Pittsburgh.
