He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Rood and Betty Rood; and his brother Raymond Rood Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Shay Hicks and Falon Barretto (Chris); his grandchildren, Maleah, Dominic, Jonah and Eloise; and his sister Beverly Hilterbrick.
