He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen J. Contosta (Shinsky); his son Kory J. Contosta; his granddaughter Alyssa; his brother Frank J.; his father Frank J. Contosta, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Alexander and Elsie M. Shinsky (Strompl).
He is survived by: his children, Nathan V. Contosta (Renee Anthony) and Alexis Clager (David); his grandchildren, Dominick, Alana, Jocelyn, Bentley, Barbara, David, Jr. and Cashton; his siblings, Ernest Contosta and Tina Kenney (Michael); and his mother Rita Contosta, (Francesconi). He is also survived by grandfather to his seven grandchildren.
