He was predeceased by: his former wife Theresa M. Rattay (Dziadosz); and his parents, Andrew Rattay and Julia Rattay (Neibauer). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Rattay (McCague); his sons, Richard Rattay and Michael Rattay (Patricia); his grandchildren, Rachel Kingdon (Zak) and Luke Rattay (Sarah); his great grandchild Eliana; his siblings, Philomena, Stephen, John and Sylvester; Anna, Edward (Andrea), Martin, Michael McCague, Ellen, Sophie and Kate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children and grandchildren.
