Vito J. Alioto Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Alioto and Rosa Alioto (Machi); and his siblings, Joe, Mike, Nunzio, Mario, Anne Balestrino, Frank, Tony, Sam, Rose Marie Pawlawski and Antonette Sonavec.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Roseann Funyak (David), Rick and Tom (Amy); his grandchildren, Nick (Kirstie), Dana, Mike Funyak, Emilie (Kerem Caglayan), Daniel and Courtney; and his great grandchildren, Merryn and Thea Funyak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tunnel to Towers, or the Italian Sons and Daughters of America Scholarship Fund.
