It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Walter C. Haluck (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away at the age of 89, on April 15, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Walter may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Walter touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Haluck; and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Miller, Bernadette Bacco and Irene Palombo. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Haluck, Timothy Haluck (Terri) and Amy Brown (Keith); and his sister Dolores Shume (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd. (7450 Saltsburg Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235). A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (444 St John St, Pittsburgh, PA 15239).
