He is survived by: his wife Julia Samek; his daughter Julie Sinicki (Julia) of Polish Hill; his siblings, Robert Sinicki, Dorothy Sinicki, Raymond Sinicki and Eugene Sinicki (Doris); and his sisters-in-law, Marge Samek and Theresa Hajduk.
