She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Tysarczyk; her son David Anthony; her grandson Mark Alan Grochalski; and her siblings, Della Ruzomberka, Chester Kowalewski and Eugene Kowalewski.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Grochalski (Steven), Elaine Dolegowski (Stanley), Linda Ann Mahute (Richard), Karen Krumholz (Steven) and Stephen John Tysarczyk; her grandchildren, Colleen Grochalski, Matthew Grochalski, Eric Dolegowski, Allison Dolegowski (Jay Chanpong), Jacob Tysarczyk and Caleb Tysarczyk; and her great grandchild Archer Cole Chanpong. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
