He was predeceased by: his parents, William Austin, and Betty L. Austin, Sr. (Claiborne); and his brother David Austin. He is survived by: his sons, William Martin, III of Youngstown, OH and David Austin of Youngstown, OH; his siblings, Deborah Henry (Undre) of Grand Prairie, Kevin G. Irvins-Austin of North Babylon, NY and Kyle J. Austin of Sharon, PA; and his cousins, Freda Claiborne-Armour, Gregory R. Claiborne and Anthony K. Claiborne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
