He was predeceased by: his father Charles A. Beu, Sr.; and his siblings, Charles A. Beu, Jr., Henrich H. Beu and Christopher W. Eiler. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Pritts (Brett), William J. Beu, Michael R. Beu and Kimberly Beu-Weimer (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Maria, Jack, Joseph and Amelia; and his siblings, Patrick F. Beu, Michele Beu, Karl M. Beu (Lorraine), Theresa R. Mastandrea, Desiree M. Cokel (Joseph), Sandra G. Hahne (Mitchell), Mary Beth Eiler and David Eiler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
