He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph III and Martha Alice (Toal); his parents-in-law, Donald M. and Lois V. Justice (Sorg); his brother-in-law George William "Billy" Justice; Russell.

He is survived by: his wife Lois V. (Justice); his sons, David (Jennifer) and Donald; his grandsons, Joseph Vincent and Jace William; his siblings, Jim (Bonnie), Shirl Joseph (Pat) and Alice Dominijanni (Joe); and his brothers-in-law, John Robert "Bobby" Bayerlein (Cheryl "Chou"), Donald "Ding" Justice, Ronald "Ronnie" Justice (Diane), Richard "Ricky" Justice (Stacie), Charles "Randy" Justice (Thea), James "Rusty" Justice (Sandy), William Rodney "Homer" Justice (Kim) and Pierre "Perry" Wilson (Romi). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anthony G. Staab Funeral Home, Inc. (900 Chartiers Ave, McKees Rocks, PA 15136). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Simon and Jude Church (1607 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the St. Martin Cemetery.
