He was predeceased by: his parents, David Manchester and Eleanor Manchester; his brothers, David Manchester and Regis; and his sister-in-law Judith McGinty.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Manchester; and his siblings, Robert Manchester (BJ) and Shirley Franz (late Clifford).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to First United Church of Christ in Millvale (425 North Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15209).
