He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuzmin and Marian Kuzmin (Anselment); his former wife Anna Bell Hayes Kuzmin; his sister Karen Fomich (Ray); and his friend Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kuzmin (Egbert); his sister Kathleen Kuzmin; his niece Frances Fomich; his daughters, Kimberly Lewis (Frank), Kristine Csicsek, Janet Fehlman (James) and Jennifer Cummings (Patrick); his grandchildren, Nate Lewis, Emily Lewis, John Csicsek, Anne Shaw (Jeff), Margaret Swartz (Kurt), Leigh Fehlman, Mikhyle Fehlman and Bella Cummings; and his stepchildren, Steven Egbert (Sherry), Suzanne Davis (John) and Charles Egbert (Cathleen). He is also survived by eleven step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hessel Valley Lutheran Church (166 Hessel Valley Rd, Sugar Grove, PA 16312). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
