Kathryn M. Johnson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn M. Johnson of Pittsfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Kathryn's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Kathryn has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Slack and Margaret Patrick Slack; her husband Douglas L. Johnson; and her brother James Ciprich. She is survived by: her sister Chris Jones (Dave) of Pittsfield, PA; her stepdaughter Michele Vinton; and her close friends, Shelly Perschke and Lisa Clinton. She is also survived by several grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, her beloved dog.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the American Legion (9 Meadow Ln, Frewsburg, NY 14738).
