He was predeceased by: his parents, David Doutt and Sandra Culbertson Doutt; and his brother-in-law Bradley Anthony. He is survived by: his son Steven Doutt Jr. (Brittany); his grandchildren, McKenzie, Kayden, Aubree, Brynlee and Teegan; his son Garrett Doutt (Kiara); his grandchild Oakley of Corry, PA; his stepchildren, Burnie Lillie (Ana Curtin) of McCalla, AL, Kristy Murray (Robert) of Elgin, PA, Jessica Goodrich (Eric) of Panama, NY and Carrie Rigby (Robert) of Corry, PA; and his siblings, Patricia Anthony of Pittsfield, PA and Lawrence Doutt of Columbus, PA.. He is also survived by grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren.
