He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Radzewicz (Thomas), Karen Smith (William) and David "Bud" Jr.; and his grandchildren, Robert Cather, Amanda Cather, Tommy Radzewicz, Kyle Radzewicz, David Bulford III and Brook Ann Bulford. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
