It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward J. Shandra of Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Shandra and Mary Shandra (Zawatski); his wife Joan J. Shandra; and his siblings, Walter Shandra and Madeline Borino.
He is survived by : his son Edward J. Shandra Jr. (Kristen); his granddaughter Julia; and his siblings, Angelo, James Shandra, Rita Shandra, Mary LaFratte and Frances Bobkowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
