She is survived by : her husband Michael; her daughters, Joann Yenalevitch (Robert), Susan Sennick and Michelle VanName (Warren); her granddaughters, Dinah and Tess VanName; and her siblings, Joann Kozden (Edward), Stanley Klocko, Joseph Klocko and Inkerman. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
