He is survived by: his parents, Helene Divell Lazarchick and Damian Cinquegrani (Marilyn Kline); his father-in-law Jonathan of Laflin; his daughter Elliana Cinquegrani (Marissa Morreale) of Pittston; his sisters, Abbigail Cinquegrani and Luxington Lazarchik of Laflin; and his grandmother Ann Marie Gross of Wyoming. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
