He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Smalley and Catherine Bannon Smalley; his brother John; and his brother-in-law Roy Speece. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Ann Speece and Winifred Serfass (Greg); and also Joseph Smalley (Nina). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. John (35 William St, Pittston, PA 18640). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
