Rose M. Kelly Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose M. Kelly of Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 24, 2026 at the age of 103. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rose M. Kelly to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Emma and Carmella Manganaro Emma; her husband Joseph P. Kelly, Jr.; and her daughter Sheila Czarkowski. She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret, Mary Pizano, William, Catherine Micklosky and Joseph; and her children, Jospeh P., III, Michael J., Rosemary Soricelli, Patricia Xenakis, Rev. Brian F., Celeste Calpin, Maureen Chiavacci, Mark and Joseph. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (700 S Township Blvd, Pittston, PA 18640). A vigil service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (32 William St, Pittston, PA 18640). A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 3:45 PM at the St. John the Evangelist R. C. Cemetery (32 William St, Pittston, PA 18640).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rose's favorite charity, Nazareth Orphanage, Tecate, Mexico.
