She is survived by: her children, Edward Borkowski (Debra) and Lisa Lokuta (Joseph); her grandchildren, Ryan Borkowski (Katie) and Kaitlyn Lokuta; and her great grandchild Benjamin Borkowski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
